The Parallax AI services at a glance

Parallax AI is a set of services that let you use many AI models from a single account. If you are new here, start by seeing what each service does.

Dex	dex.parallax.kr	A decentralized exchange aggregator you use by connecting a wallet.
Playground	playground.parallax.kr	A collection of light AI tests you play with photos and questions.
Platform	developer console	Issue an API key and call Parallax directly from your code.

One account is enough

Parallax, Iris, Soulmate, Playground and Platform all sign in with the same Parallax AI account. Sign up once and you do not need to sign up again elsewhere, and your plan and credits apply across the account.

Dex is the exception. You use it by connecting a wallet, so it does not need a Parallax account.

Where to start

1. Create an account and sign in. You can start right away on the Free plan.
2. Check Plans and credits for the difference between the free allowance and the paid plans.
3. Read the guide for the service you want. Parallax chat, Iris images and video and Soulmate character chat are an easy order to follow.

For anything the docs do not solve, open a support request. You can write to us without signing in, and afterwards you can follow the progress with your ticket number.
