How do I report a problem with a skill?

On the bundle page, click Report and choose a reason. You need to be signed in.

• Spam or advertising
• Harmful or dangerous content
• Copyright infringement
• I am the original author
• Other

Details are optional and can be up to 1,000 characters. You can report each bundle only once. The Parallax team reviews every report, and your identity is never shared with the creator.

My skill has been introduced by someone else

An introduction of someone else's skill shows the original source (GitHub owner and repository) instead of the person who added it. If you are the original author and would like to manage the bundle yourself or have it taken down, ask us like this:

1. On the bundle page, click Report.
2. Choose I am the original author as the reason.
3. In the details, tell us how we can verify you, for example your GitHub account.

The Parallax team checks it manually, then removes the listing or transfers ownership to you. There is no way for an original author to claim ownership on their own; it always goes through our team.

Once ownership is transferred, the bundle becomes your own skill: you are shown as the author and you can edit the skill content. Its install count and likes are kept.

A bundle I published is missing

It is likely one of these:

• A bundle saved as Private is visible only to you. Check while signed in.
• A bundle blocked by our team is removed from the gallery and from chat, and it also no longer appears in your My skills > Published list.
• A deleted bundle cannot be restored.

If you think a block was a mistake, let us know through a support request.

A bundle I added disappeared from my list

If the creator deleted the bundle or made it private, or our team blocked it, it is removed from your Installed list and from chat. If it becomes public again or the block is lifted, you can use it again.

A skill is not being used in chat

Check the following in order.

1. Make sure you are signed in on parallax.kr.
2. In the Skills menu of the message box, or under My skills > Installed, check that the bundle is On. Turning a bundle on or off applies from your next message.
3. Skills are not applied with Perplexity models, Cross Check, Team mode, workflow generation or image generation requests.
4. Check whether the skill's "when to use it" description matches your request. The model decides whether to use a skill, and may skip it if your request does not seem to match. Try sending the request again with more detail about the task.
5. If loading the skill list fails temporarily, your message is sent without skills. Try again in a moment.

When a skill is used, a Skills used label appears above the answer.

I cannot add or turn on a bundle

If you see a message that you can turn on up to 100 skills in total, the skills in your turned-on bundles would go over the limit. Turn off a bundle you rarely use and try again.

My GitHub import failed

Check the message shown on screen.

Message	What to check
Repository address format	Make sure it looks like owner/repo or https://github.com/owner/repo. Do not include a username or password in the address.
Repository not found	Check the address and make sure the repository is public. Private repositories cannot be imported.
No SKILL.md files found	Make sure there is a SKILL.md file under the path you entered.
No skills with a license that allows sharing	Introductions only import skills with a permissive license. See the allowed list in Creating and publishing skill bundles.
Repository too large	Enter the URL of the folder that holds the skills (for example https://github.com/owner/repo/tree/main/skills) instead of the whole repository.
Source already introduced in the gallery	The same source can be introduced only once. You can add the existing bundle shown instead.
GitHub is limiting requests	Try again in a few minutes. Bundles that are already published and your chats are not affected.

If only some skills were excluded in the preview, check the exclusion reason shown next to each one (naming rule, no description, over 20,000 characters, license and so on).

I see a message that the skill cannot be edited

For an introduction of someone else's skill, the bundle name and description and the skill content are locked to the source and cannot be edited. To pick up the latest content from the source repository, use Re-import on the edit page. If you want to rewrite the content, Remix it to make your own copy.

Bundles made by other people can be edited only by their creator.

I hit the daily creation limit

You can create up to 20 skill bundles in any 24 hours. This includes bundles you write yourself, GitHub imports and remixes, and deleted bundles still count. Please try again later.

• For an original author request, the GitHub account or repository address we can use to verify you
• For a chat problem, the model you used and roughly when it happened
