I edited my published quiz. Why hasn't the live version changed?

Edits to a published quiz stay in your draft until you publish them. The editor shows Unpublished changes, and players keep seeing the last published version. Click Publish changes to make your edits live. This covers questions and results as well as the title, description, cover, design and settings.

The one exception is List in the public gallery, which takes effect right away.

How do I take a quiz offline without deleting it?

Click Unpublish in the editor. The public link stops working until you publish again, and your content and stats are kept. To remove a quiz for good, see Plans, credits, reports and troubleshooting.

Where do I find my quiz link?

Open the Share tab after publishing. You will find:

• Quiz link: anyone with this link can take your quiz. Use Copy link or open it in a new tab.
• Share buttons: Share (your device's share sheet), Copy link, Post on X and Share on Facebook.
• QR code: Download PNG for posters, menus and slides.
• Embed on your website: an embed code for your own site.
• Result share preview: the link, share card and story image for each result.

You can also open the public page from the dashboard with Open public page.

How do result links and story images work?

Every result has its own link. When someone pastes it into a chat or feed, it shows a preview card for that result. Friends who open it see the shared result and a Take the quiz button.

On the result screen, players can tap Save story image to save a 9:16 image sized for stories and reels, or share with Share, Copy link, Post on X and Share on Facebook.

• By default, posts use your quiz title and the player's result. On Pro and above you can set a Custom share message on the Design tab.
• If you later delete a result, old links to it open the quiz's start screen instead.
• After you publish changes, link preview images can take a few minutes to refresh.

How do I embed a quiz on my website?

On the Share tab, click Copy embed code and paste it into your page's HTML. Preview embed shows how it looks first. Embedding is included on every plan, Free too.

• The embed box follows your page's width up to 640 px. You can change the size in the code's style attributes.
• Players go through the whole quiz, including the result, inside the embed.
• Redirect after result does not run inside an embed. It only runs when players take the quiz on its own page.

How do I get my quiz into the Explore gallery?

On the Design tab, under Gallery listing, turn on List in the public gallery. It is off by default, and only published quizzes appear. You can also choose a Category there.

Explore can be sorted by Trending, which is based on completions over the last 7 days, or New, and filtered by category. Some quizzes carry a Featured badge. After you change the listing it can take about a minute to show on Explore. You can unlist at any time.

What stats can I see?

Open the Analytics tab and pick a Date range: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or All time. Stats start once your quiz is published.

Reports your plan does not include show Unlock with Pro or Unlock with Ultra.

Why are my stats lower than the number of responses?

The Responses list shows every play, newest first. The counters are stricter:

• If the same visitor plays the same quiz again within 30 minutes, it counts as one start and one completion.
• Automated traffic such as bots is not counted.
• Preview plays in the editor are never recorded.

How do I export responses?

On Pro and above, click Download CSV under Responses. The file includes the most recent 50,000 plays, with the time, result, traffic source and one column per question. Lead details (name, email, phone and consent) are filled in when your plan includes lead capture. The file opens directly in Excel.

If you need help

Open a support request, choose Engage as the service, and include the quiz link, which tab or report you were looking at, the date range you picked and what you expected to see. For embed problems, add the address of the page where you pasted the code.
