I am a respondent and the form will not open

Forms on Parallax Forms are created and shared by their individual owners. Parallax does not create or endorse the content of these forms, and your responses go to the person who made the form. This article is for people who received a form link and want to respond.

It says "Form not found"

This means one of the following.

• The owner has not published the form yet, or has unpublished it.
• The owner deleted the form.
• The link was cut off or copied incorrectly. Check that the full link (forms.parallax.kr/f/...) is correct.

Only the owner can reopen the form, so please contact the person who sent you the link.

It says "no longer accepting responses" or "The response period has ended"

The owner turned off responses, the closing time has passed, or the form reached its response limit. Whether to accept responses again is up to the owner, so please contact the person who sent you the link.

It says "This form was blocked for violating our policies"

Our team blocked this form after a report and review. You cannot respond to it.

It asks me to sign in

The owner set this form so that only signed-in people can respond. Forms limited to one response or collecting verified email also require sign-in. Click Sign in to respond and sign in with a Parallax account, and you will be taken back to the form. If you do not have an account, you can sign up from that same screen.

On forms that collect verified email, the email of your signed-in account is sent to the owner along with your response. The form shows which email you are responding as.

It says "You have already responded"

This form accepts only one response per account, so the same account cannot submit again. If someone else needs to respond, they should sign in with their own account.

I want to change or delete a response I submitted

Respondents cannot edit a submitted response. Only the form owner can delete responses, so please ask the owner. If the form shows a Submit another response link, you can submit a new response.

I cannot submit

• Look for questions with a red message. The form will not submit if a required question is empty, or if an answer does not meet a character count, number range or selection count rule.
• Grid questions need an answer in every row.
• If you see "Too many requests", wait a moment and try again.
• If you see "Cannot reach the server", check your connection and refresh. Refreshing may clear what you entered, so copy any long answers somewhere first.

I cannot see my quiz score or the correct answers

The owner decides whether to show scores and correct answers. The quiz may be set to not release scores, or to show only the total score.

I want to change the display language

Use the Language and theme menu at the very bottom of the response page to change the language and switch to dark mode. Only buttons and notices change. The questions the owner wrote stay in their original language.

I received a suspicious form

Never enter passwords into a form. A form asking for information such as passwords or card numbers may be phishing.

Click Report at the very bottom of the response page, choose a reason (phishing or asks for personal info, spam or advertising, violent or inappropriate content, copyright infringement, or other) and send it. You do not need to sign in to report, and your identity is never shared with the form owner. Our team reviews reports and blocks the form if needed.
