Plan limits, access tokens and projects

What differs between plans?

Parallax Cloud follows the plan on your parallax.kr account. There is no separate charge and no credits are deducted. Only the limits below change with your plan.

Agency and Enterprise plans get the same limits as Ultra. Preview deployments, instant rollback and the GitHub integration are available on every plan.

You can see your current usage on the Usage screen in the left menu, and compare plans on the Pricing screen. Plan changes and payments are made from your parallax.kr account. For details, see Payments, plan changes and cancelling.

What happens when I hit a limit?

• Projects: you cannot import new repositories. Delete projects you no longer use or upgrade your plan.
• Deployments in the last 24 hours: counted across all of your projects. Once you reach the limit, new deployments are blocked; as older deployments fall outside the 24 hour window you can deploy again.
• Concurrent builds: builds are not rejected, they wait. They start automatically when earlier builds finish.
• Build timeout: a build that does not finish in time ends as failed.
• Custom domains: you cannot add more domains to that project.

I downgraded and see "Deploys locked"

If a downgrade leaves you with more projects than the new plan allows, only the oldest projects, up to the limit, can deploy and the rest are locked. Locked projects keep serving their sites, but new deployments such as pushes, manual deploys and redeploys are blocked. Upgrading or deleting other projects unlocks them right away.

What is an access token and how do I create one?

An access token is how the SDK (@parallax-ai/cloud), the CLI (parallax-cloud) and CI authenticate with Parallax Cloud. Pushing to GitHub already deploys automatically, so you do not need a token for everyday use.

1. Open the Access Tokens screen in the left menu.
2. Enter a name (for example GitHub Actions) and choose an expiry: 30 days, 90 days, 1 year or Never.
3. Click Create token, then copy the token right away and keep it somewhere safe.

The token value is shown only once, right after it is created. Once you close the window it cannot be shown again, so create a new one if you lose it. You can have up to 20 tokens per account.

Anything to watch out for when using tokens?

• A token can access every Cloud project on your account. Treat it like a password.
• Do not commit it to a repository. Store it in your CI's secret store (for example GitHub Actions Secrets).
• Tokens can only be created or revoked while signed in on the web. A token cannot create other tokens.
• API keys created in the Parallax developer console (Platform) do not work with Cloud. Use a token created on the Cloud Access Tokens screen.

I think a token has leaked

Revoke it right away on the Access Tokens screen with Revoke. It stops working immediately. Any CLI or CI job using it will fail to authenticate, so create a new token and swap it in. The Last used time in the list shows whether it has been used recently.

How do I disconnect GitHub?

On the Integrations screen in the left menu, click Disconnect for that GitHub account. The account no longer appears in Parallax Cloud, but projects you already created keep serving. To cut off repository access completely, uninstall the Parallax Cloud app in your GitHub settings.

How do I delete a project?

In the Danger zone at the bottom of the project's Settings screen, click Delete project, type the project ID to confirm, then click Delete permanently.

• All deployments, domain connections and environment variables are deleted with it and this cannot be undone.
• The default address and any connected custom domains stop serving immediately.
• Please delete the DNS records at your domain provider yourself.
• Nothing changes in your GitHub repository.

My project shows "Suspended"

The project has been suspended under our operating policy. A suspended project's site is not served and new deployments are not possible. The reason is shown on the project screen; if you disagree, contact us as described below.

If you need help

Open a support request, choose Parallax Cloud as the service, and include the project name (or project ID) and the limit or error message shown on screen. For token issues, tell us only the token's name, never its value.
