Getting started with Slides

Parallax Slides is a presentation service: give it a topic and your material, and the AI builds the storyline, the slides and the speaker notes. You can use it at slides.parallax.kr. Once a deck is made, you can refine it slide by slide and present it right away, share it by link, or export it as PPTX or PDF.

Do I need a separate account?

No. You sign in with your Parallax account. Email, Google and Apple sign in all work, so just use the account you already use on parallax.kr. If you are already signed in to parallax.kr in the same browser, that session carries over.

How much does it cost?

Slides uses the credits from your Parallax plan. There is no separate Slides plan.

• Uses credits: drafting an outline, generating a presentation, and AI rewrites of a single slide in the editor
• Free: reading a web page link, starting a blank presentation, editing by hand, presenting, sharing and exporting

For anything that uses credits, the estimated amount (≈) is shown next to the button before you run it. The actual charge depends on how much the AI reads and writes. Failed generations are not charged. For how credits work in general, see Understanding plans and credits.

Where can I see my remaining credits?

Once you are signed in, your remaining credits appear in the top bar. Clicking them opens the parallax.kr plan page in a new tab, where you can top up or change your plan.

What are the steps?

1. Collect: choose what the presentation is for, then enter the topic and goal, the audience and any sources.
2. Structure: pick the presentation language and the number of slides, and optionally review and edit an outline first.
3. Style: pick one of six styles and generate.

Where are my presentations?

They all live on the My presentations screen. Each card shows a cover preview, the slide count and when it was created, and public presentations get a globe icon. Presentations that are still generating or that failed also show their status here.

Can I change the display language or use dark mode?

Yes. From the Language and theme menu at the top you can choose the display language (English, 한국어) and the theme (Light, Dark, System). The display language is separate from the language of your slides, which you choose under Presentation language when you create a deck.

What about slides I made on parallax.kr before?

Presentations made with the previous version of Slides still appear in your list, but they can only be viewed here. Editing, presenting and exporting are available for newly created presentations.

If you need help

Open a support request, choose Slides as the service, and include the email of the account you signed in with, the address of the presentation (in the form slides.parallax.kr/decks/...), when it happened and any error message shown on screen.
