Resetting your password

You can reset your password yourself from the sign in screen.

How to reset

1. Choose Forgot your password on the sign in screen.
2. Enter the email address you signed up with.
3. Open the reset link in the message we send.
4. Enter a new password and save.

Reset links expire after a while for security. If you see a notice that the link has expired, request a new one from the start.

If the email does not arrive

• Check your spam and promotions folders. Our notification emails have English subject lines.
• Make sure the address you entered is the one you signed up with. We cannot send the message to any other address.
• If you signed up with Google or Apple, you have no Parallax password at all. Sign in with that social account instead.

If you cannot access the account email

If you have lost access to the mailbox itself, the link cannot recover your account. Open a support request with your account email, the service you used most recently and whether you have any payment history, and we will walk you through identity verification. Until that check is complete we cannot change account details, and we appreciate your understanding.
