Signing up and signing in

One Parallax AI account covers Parallax, Iris, Soulmate, Playground and Platform.

How to sign up

Pick one of three ways.

• Email and password: enter your email, a password and your name on the sign up screen.
• Google: choose Continue with Google and pick the Google account to use.
• Apple: choose Continue with Apple and authenticate with your Apple ID.

If you sign up with a social account, you do not create a separate password. Keep signing in the same way afterwards.

Email verification

Signing up with email sends you a verification message. Your account is only fully active once you open the link inside it. All of our notification emails are written in English, so an English subject line is normal.

If the verification email does not appear, check the following.

1. Look in your spam or promotions folder.
2. Check the address you entered for typos.
3. Wait a few minutes, then use the resend option.

If you cannot sign in

• You forgot your password: follow the Resetting your password guide.
• You signed up with a social account but are trying a password: sign in with the method you first used, Google or Apple.
• You get signed out right after signing in: check whether your browser blocks cookies and site data. Trying a private window or another browser narrows the cause down quickly.

If you still cannot get in, open a support request and tell us the sign in method, the email address and the exact error message you see.
