Credit packs and extra storage

Two add-ons let you get exactly what you need without moving up a plan.

Credit packs (one-off purchase)

A one-off purchase for when you have used up your monthly credits.

• What you buy is added to your bonus balance.
• Bonus credits never expire. They carry straight over to the next month.
• Monthly credits are spent first, and the bonus balance is used once they run out.

Pick the size you want in the credit pack section at the bottom of the plan screen.

Extra storage (monthly subscription)

A monthly subscription for when your uploads and generated files go past the storage included with your plan.

• Extra space is added on top of the plan's own allowance.
• Only one storage pack can be active at a time. If you need more room, switch the existing pack.
• You can cancel at any time and keep the space until the billing period ends.

If a purchase is not reflected

If your balance looks unchanged after payment, refresh the screen and give it a minute or two. If it still has not arrived, open a support request with the time of payment and the order number.
