Plan features and analytics

Links comes with your Parallax subscription. There is no separate payment, and the features you can use follow your current Parallax plan.

• Header items do not count toward your links. Headers are limited to 20 per page on every plan.
• Agency and Enterprise plans get the same features as Ultra.
• You can see prices at links.parallax.kr/pricing.

Where do I upgrade?

The Upgrade button next to a locked feature, and the buttons on the pricing page, take you to the parallax.kr plan page. Payment happens on parallax.kr, and once it is complete your Links features update to match your new plan automatically. For payment and cancellation see Payments, plan changes and cancelling, and for refunds see Refunds.

Will my links be deleted if I downgrade?

No. Everything you saved is kept. Only what appears on your public page changes to fit your new plan.

• Links are shown in their current order up to your new plan's limit. The rest stay in the editor with a lock.
• If you were using a Pro template, your public page shows the Ivory template.
• Gradient or image backgrounds and custom buttons and fonts are not applied. On Free, only the color of a solid background is kept.
• Hidden badge, highlighted links and search and sharing settings are not applied either.
• Scheduled links that are outside their schedule stay hidden.

Upgrade again and your saved settings come back exactly as you left them.

What can I see in analytics?

On every plan, the Analytics tab shows Views, Clicks, Click rate and a Daily activity chart for your public page. You can pick a range of 7, 30, 90 or 365 days, up to what your plan allows.

Pro and above also show Top links (clicks per link) and Top sources, and Ultra lets you download your analytics with CSV export.

How are views and clicks counted?

• Your own visits and clicks are not counted while you are signed in. To test your page yourself, use a signed out browser or a private window.
• Automated visits, such as search engines and link previews in messaging apps, are not counted.
• A click only counts for links that were showing on your public page at that moment.
• Days are split by UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). In Korea, the date changes at 9 AM.
• Traffic sources use the utm_source value if your page address has one, otherwise the site the visitor came from. If neither is available, the visit shows as Direct. For example, if you put links.parallax.kr/youraddress?utm_source=instagram in your Instagram profile, you can see visits from Instagram separately.
• Deleting a link also deletes its click history.
• Daily records older than one year are cleaned up automatically.
