Refunds
When a refund is possible, and what to tell us when you ask for one.

Refunds follow the payment terms in our terms of service. Please check the criteria below first.
When a refund is possible
- Billing errors: a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge for a plan you did not choose.
- Service failure: a problem on our side stopped you using a feature you paid for.
If either applies, we confirm it and refund to your original payment method.
When a refund is difficult
- We cannot refund a subscription period that has already passed, even if you did not use it.
- Credits you have already spent cannot be reversed.
- Results not matching your expectations is not on its own grounds for a refund. AI model output can differ every time, even from the same input.
- Account deletion and suspension for breaking the terms of service are not grounds for a refund.
If your situation does not fit neatly into these criteria, write to us anyway. We will look at the circumstances and decide.
How to ask
On Open a support request, choose Plans and billing as the topic and include the following.
- The email address on the account that paid
- The date, time and amount of the payment
- The order number, or the last four digits of the card
- Why you are asking for a refund
We handle it once we have confirmed the details. After a refund is approved, your card issuer may take a few more days to show it, on their own schedule.
