Getting started with Parallax chat

Parallax chat is a workspace for switching between several AI models on one screen.

Starting a conversation

1. Sign in at parallax.kr.
2. Open a new conversation and type your question or request.
3. Keep asking under the reply, and the conversation holds its context.

Conversations are saved automatically and you can reopen them from the list. You can delete individual ones you no longer need.

Choosing a model

Pick the model you want from the model selector near the input box.

• Light tidying, translation and summaries are fine on the default model, and cost fewer credits.
• Complex reasoning, long document analysis and code work turn out better on an advanced model, at a higher credit cost.
• Advanced models open up on Pro and above.

Asking about a file

Attach a document or image and the answer is based on its contents. Upload limits and storage depend on your plan. See File uploads and storage.

When you do not like the answer

• Saying what format, length and audience you want makes a large difference.
• The same request regenerated gives a different answer. Switching models is worth a try too.
• On topics where facts matter, check the sources in the reply yourself. AI answers can contain mistakes.

Common problems

The answer stops halfway The network may have dropped, or the response may have hit a limit. Refresh and try again, and if your input was very long, break it into parts.

My request is blocked for lack of credits You have used up your monthly credits. Top up with a credit pack or wait for your next billing date.
